Carousel with 6 seats PTP 026

The carousel is intended for children aged 3 to 6 years.

The structure must be made of load-bearing pipe with a minimum section of 89 mm, metal thickness of at least 9 mm, and a rotating frame on an axle with radial tapered roller bearings.

The frame is made of pipe with a minimum diameter of 33 mm and square pipe with a minimum section of 35mmx35mm, powder-coated in factory conditions, on which 3 double seats made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multi-layered structure of various colors, with a thickness of no less than 15mm, square in shape, with metal handles, minimum section of 21mm, will be placed.

The floor must be made of HDPE, with a thickness of at least 15 mm.

On the upper part of the carousel frame, there must be a small round HDPE plate, with a thickness of at least 10 mm, with slots, which serves as a support point for children during rotation.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and electrostatically painted in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to provide resistance to the outdoor environment.

Materials: steel, HDPE, galvanized fasteners, plastic.

Technical specifications. Overall dimensions of the structure, no less than: diameter – 1630mm, height – 680 mm. Height of the platform base from the ground (earth) – maximum 110mm.

The foundation of the structure will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements must be embedded in the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of specialized tools.
