Pyramid Climber PTP 082

Pyramidal climber, with a central metal pole, anchored at three points, ideal for climbing exercises or competitions between friends.

Age: recommended for children aged 6+

Designed for simultaneous use by up to 10 children.

Maximum user weight: 55 kg.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 102mm, minimum thickness - 3mm.

Rope with a size of at least 16mm made of polypropylene braided with 6-fibers reinforced with metal with a rubber core, joined by oval plastic elements.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials: steel, plastic, reinforced rope.

Technical characteristics. Overall dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 4000 mm, Width – 3500 mm, Height – 3000 mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=700x700x1000 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 1m (0.70 m – solitary elements) to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (BC 300 concrete). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
